Paramedics treated a man following a crash at Henlys roundabout, in Hounslow, this morning.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said it was called at 8.45am to reports of a collision involving two cars at the roundabout, where the A4 and A30 meet.
It treated a man for neck and back pain at the scene and he was not taken to hospital.
One lane was closed eastbound on the A4 Bath Road following the crash, causing tailbacks, but the road was quickly reopened.
