A man was stabbed and another injured during a fight in west Ealing early this morning (October 23).

Police were called at around 5.50am to reports of a fight in the Uxbridge Road.

Officers found a man at the scene suffering a stab wound to the abdomen and a second man on a nearby bus with cuts to his hand.

Both were taken to separate west London hospitals for treatment to non life-threatening injuries.

The second man, a 46-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and is currently in police custody.

Officers from Ealing are investigating.
