A 43-year-old man was killed in Harlington yesterday.
Police were called to Little Harlington Playing Fields, in Sipson Lane, Harlington, just after 12.20pm to reports of an assault.
On arrival the London Ambulance Service were in attendance and the man was pronounced dead at the scene at 1.05pm.
The death is being treated as suspicious and officers from SCD1 are investigating.
A man in his 40s and a 19-year-old man were arrested and taken to a west London police station where they remain in custody.
Next of kin have been informed, but police await formal identification. A post mortem will take place soon.
