A Polish builder has been charged with the murder of Brook Green property developer William John Saunderson-Smith.
Slawomir Bugajewski, 38, of Braid Avenue, Acton, was arrested earlier this week and appeared at Ealing Magistrates' Court on Friday morning. He next appears at the Old Bailey on November 22 and has been remanded in custody.
'Complex and reclusive' Mr Saunderson-Smith, 58, was found dead in his Dewhurst Road, Brook Green, on October 20. A post-mortem examination found he died from head injuries.
