Parents and children will be staging a protest over the lack of a safe crossing outside Hobbayne Primary School, in Greenford Avenue, Hanwell.
The protest aims to highlight the everyday danger to children who have to cross Greenford Avenue, and to put pressure on Ealing Council to make changes.
Parent and governor Liz Russell said: "The crossing point at the moment is an accident waiting to happen.
"I have lost count of the number of times I have seen cars blatantly drive past Maria our crossing lady as she tries to ferry children across the road.
"I feel Ealing Council need to show they care about the most vulnerable in our borough, which includes children just trying to get to school safely."
A petition will be presented to the next Hobbayne ward forum, on Wednesday, November 19, calling for the council to install a safe crossing point at Greenford Avenue.
There will be two protests, one between 3pm and 3.30pm on Tuesday and one between 8.30 and 9am on Wednesday.
