After reading about the many complaints at Northwick Park Hospital, I would like to tell you about my experience of an emergency visit to the hospital early last Saturday morning.
I was taken there with very bad heart palpitations; after all I'd read I was very concerned about my admission. Immediately on arrival I was met by a doctor and nurse and was given every test and consideration with kindess and efficiency.
After a few hours I was sent to a ward for more examinations and the attention from the doctors and the nurses was absolutely first class, the dedication to the patients was very evident and I thought amazing, as there were many patients to attend to.
After a couple of days I was sent home and will be a member of the outpatients' department. I can't speak too highly of the skills of the doctors and nurses. We are very lucky to have such a good hospital in our area.
