Dedicated West Mid staff who have spent over a decade working at the Isleworth hospital were honoured last week.
Over 100 staff who reached the ten-year long service milestone this year were invited to an annual awards ceremony on Wednesday.
They join a group of nearly 400 staff currently working at the hospital who have been there for ten years or more.
In the Healthcare Commission's annual staff attitude survey published earlier this year, West Mid scored in the top 20 per cent of acute hospitals for 'job satisfaction', as well as 'being supported from immediate managers'.
The hospital's director of workforce and development Nina Singh said: "We are proud of our hospital's reputation as being a very friendly and supportive place to work."
