I refer to Damon Hunt's letter on behalf of BAA published in your edition of November 13.
He refers to 'increased services on the Feltham-Waterloo line' as if this would be a benefit to locals.
However, a lady MP for the Barnes area in the debate on Heathrow expansion noted that local (to her area) level crossings would be closed with increased train services for about 45 minutes in every hour.
Mr Hunt, please explain what effect increased BAA rail traffic will have on our level crossing.
It is already shut for long periods at times, without additional services.
