You can learn how to find and cook food for free during a foraging walk in Cranford next weekend.
From yellow plums to spicy salad leaves and greens from the mustard family, Cranford Park is full of tasty treats.
Sam Brown, from Grow Heathrow, the community garden founded by anti-third runway campaigners, will show you how to identify edible produce and steer clear of poisonous plants lurking within the grounds.
Participants can round off the free two-hour guided walk, organised in conjunction with Cranford Park Friends, with a cup of Cranford leaf tea.
