Looking for something for your kids to do during the school holidays? Then we've got the prize for you.

We’ve teamed up with The Co-operative, who are inspiring young people across the country to get outdoors and active during the holidays, to offer your son or daughter the chance to attend the Summer Activate Sport Camp at St John's School in Northwood from August 22-26.

Four lucky winners will get to take part in the week-long camp, which offers exciting activities for children aged five-12 to try in a safe and fun environment. From sports such as football, netball, dance and swimming to activities such as drama or even arts and crafts, there’s something that suits everyone.

There is also a healthy eating programme included as part of the camps, with healthy kids’ Co-operative inspired recipe cards for busy parents to take away.

All you have to do to stand a chance of winning, courtesy of The Co-operative, is answer the following simple question:

Name two of the sporting activities that take place at the camp

Email your answer along with your contact details – including full postal address and daytime telephone number – to sport@trinitysouth.co.uk

The deadline for entries is noon on Tuesday, August 16 and the sports editor's decision is final.
