A health-concious single mum from West Kensington has fulfilled every woman's dream after inventing chocolates that are good for you.

Chocoholic Ebony Gordon of Gledstanes Road, Baron's Court, could scoop £5,000 on ITV programme This Morning after launching her own business making healthy sweet treats.

Despite having no commercial knowledge or experience, she has created a business making sugar, dairy and wheat-free chocolate in her kitchen. Next week, she'll appear on TV after making it through to the live final of a competition for ambitious business mums.

The former pupil of Fulham Cross school, whose has a 12-year-old son called Syrus Gordon-Walker, had the idea when she was diagnosed as pre-diabetic two years ago.

"Chocolate was everything to me. I was addicted and loved all types," she explained. "But the sweet treats had to stop.I started searching the internet to find the raw ingredients to make my own. So I started buying raw cacao butter and experimented with that."

The mum discovered she could create delicious chocs, but without milk and sugar. Instead she uses Cacao butter and cactus syrup, normally used in Tequila, to make her healthy snacks which are packed with nutrients. After friends and family were impressed with her home-made confections they urged her to start her own business.

After entering 'mumpreneurs' - a Dragon's Den style competition for mums - she is one of the final 12 contestants and expects to be on This Morning between Monday and Friday next week.
