NEIGHBOURHOOD watch volunteer Kelly Parkins, 36, of Brentfield Estate, has won Brent Housing Partnership's Neighbourhood Champion award.

At a recent ceremony at the partnership's Chancel House Offices in Neasden, Kelly was presented with £50 worth of Marks and Spencer vouchers for her efforts.
