Pupils aged nine to 10 years from Pinner Middle School, Melbourne Avenue, enjoyed a trip to the Isle of Wight this month, which included a visit to a former monarch's holiday home on the island.

The Year 5 pupils visited Osborne house - a favourite retreat of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert - as well as taking part in a range of activities such as climbing, low ropes and looking for fossils.
