Firefighters are investigating the cause of a blaze that broke out at a flat in Maida Hill.
Four fire engines, 21 firefighters and officers were called to the property, in Ashmore Road, at 4.20pm on Friday (March 28). They had the fire under control within around 45 minutes.
The property – a ground floor flat in a converted terraced house – was damaged, but two people escaped before firefighters arrived and there were no reports of any injuries.
Fire crews from North Kensington, West Hampstead and Willesden fire stations attended the incident.
