WHEN I left Hillingdon Hospital in 2002 I [wrote to] the Gazette; a copy of [the letter] is still on the Alderbourne Ward notice board.
The staff at the A & E are brilliant and the anxiety in the observation ward is eased by a team of cheerful doctors.
I was given VIP treatment in the Paget Ward, but the Alderbourne resembles a Jameson whiskey - it matures with age.
The professional teamwork in all sections is so easy to detect. With Professor Hanspel on the 'captain's deck', you are guaranteed a safe and memorable voyage.
Doctor Beatrice put the icing on the cake by joining their medical team, which includes the very popular and highly qualified Doctor Anjoy Nair.
She became a popular figure as she always found time to stop and chat.
The system is kept in motion by the very talented Sisters Hilary, Bradley and our ever-loving Dorothy. With Raj as second officer you are made to feel at home.
As I said before, when the Lottery comes up, I'll be back - until then my grateful thanks to all.
