A recent fall in my home resulted in some bruising to my head and eyes, which prompted my family to seek help from Hillingdon borough paramedics.
The paramedics arrived with remarkable promptness and advised me to seek further advice and help from [Hillingdon Hospital], which I did.
The main purpose of this letter is to bring to the notice of all concerned that I have nothing but the highest praise for the courtesy and efficiency of the hospital staff with whom I was in contact.
In fact I could not have wished for better service.
I particularly want to stress the foregoing because in the past I have, from time to time, heard a considerable amount of adverse comment regarding hygiene and efficiency at the hospital, and I would like it to be known that I am in total disagreement with those who seem to have such negative attitudes.
However, I am well aware that there are all too many people who seem to delight in criticising, and all too few who generous enough to compliment.
