THE HONEY Monster will make a guest appearance in Hounslow this Saturday (November 21) as part of the Treaty Centre's Christmas launch.

The face of Sugar Puffs will join Father Christmas, who will be in his grotto, at the shopping complex in Hounslow High Street from 10.30am.
There will also be free face-painting and balloon modelling throughout the day, on which the lights will be switched on.

In Brentford, the illuminations will be switched on next Friday (November 27) at about 6.30pm.

The evening's festivities will begin at 4am with a craft session at Watermans, in Brentford High Street, where people of all ages can make decorations to be hung on the 'Community Christmas Tree'.

From 6pm there will be free mulled wine and mince pies for shoppers, and entertainers performing circus acts.

Over in Feltham, at The Centre, shoppers will be able to meet Father Christmas and pose for free photos in front of a festive backdrop next weekend (November 27-28) and the weekend after.

There will also be stilt walkers dressed as reindeer and giant Christmas crackers on both weekends.

The entertainment will continue on Saturday December 12 and 19, with an acrobatic roller-skating elf, Jack Frost and performances from local bands and school choirs.
