Two men have been arrested in connection with a hit and run in Kensal Green.

The men, aged 18 and 41, were arrested by traffic officers on Tuesday, July 9, on suspicion of attempted murder of a cyclist. They have since been bailed until September.

Police were called at around 1.15pm on Sunday, June 30, to reports a car hit a cyclist outside Queen’s Park Library in Harrow Road, Kensal Green.

Officers attended and London Ambulance Service took the cyclist, a 23-year-old man, to a central London hospital suffering head and arm injuries. He remains in hospital in a stable condition.

Officers from the Traffic Garage at Hampton are investigating.
