Faith groups will be holding a prayer meeting in Harrow for those who have suffered in the Middle East conflict.
The Muslim Council of Britain, Middlesex New Synagogue, Harrow Interfaith Council and Harrow Councillor Navin Shah have organised the event in Harrow Civic Centre on Sunday.
The meeting will pray for all those who have lost their lives and those who have suffered and continue to suffer during the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, such as recent violence in Gaza.
Participants will also express solidarity amongst Harrow's diverse communities and reaffirm their total commitment to maintaining peace and harmony.
After prayers and contributions, the gathering will be invited to sign a declaration of peace and there will be an opportunity to mingle and share thoughts for peace and unity.
The meeting is due to take place between 3.30-4.30pm.
