A MUTE man with learning disabilities who disappeared from his South Harrow home has been reunited with his family thanks to the Observer.
Marius Bejan, a 21-year-old Romanian, was last seen at his property in Alexandra Avenue at 11.30am on Tuesday and police had appealed through the media for help in tracing him.
Mr Bejan was found in Hertfordshire by Hertfordshire Police and taken for his own safety to a mental health unit in Welwyn Garden City where a nurse had read our story online and recognised him.
The 21-year-old has now been returned to his mother.
