HAMMERSMITH & Fulham's unsung community heroes were recognised at an awards ceremony last night (Wednesday), after months of searching.
For the inaugural Agilisys H&F Heroes Awards, the Chronicle and Hammersmith and Fulham Council teamed up to find those in the borough who go the extra mile to help
others.
Nomination in five categories flooded in from you, our readers, for contenders for Young Achiever, Crime-Fighter, Charity Worker, Entrepreneur and The X Factor.
Three people were recognised in each category and one overall winner has been chosen.
