Reader David Windsor of West Drayton took this amazing picture.

This incredible shot was captured on Sunday by reader David Windsor, of Fir Tree Avenue, West Drayton.

"It is the first time I have seen a Sparrowhawk in the area of my house, having lived here for 39 years," he said.

The tiny sparrow would make a decent meal for the raptor. According to online dictionary Wikipedia, there are numerous species of Sparrowhawk.
