A GAS leak under the road outside the Vincent Centre in Northolt caused it to be shut down as a precaution at around 11am on Sunday (18).
Traffic was closed between The Link and Dabbs Hill Lane causing traffic on Mandeville Road.
The leak in Eastcote Lane was reported to the National Grid just after midnight. A spokesman said: “Our engineers made the scene safe and we expect that repairs to the damaged section of main to be completed this week.”
