A build-up of gas underneath an Earl's Court supermarket has lead to an evacuation.
Around 15 residents living above Sainsbury's in Earl's Court Road had to spend a night in alternative accommodation last night.
A police spokeswoman explained that a 'gas build up' had prompted the move. The site was declared safe by Transco at 3am this morning.
