Shoppers in Feltham were drawn in by sweet aromas circulating The Centre as The Fragrance Shop opened its doors over the weekend.

With school out and sun blazing families in town were greeted by staff at the newest store on the parade on Saturday (19).

The kiosk opening which has created four jobs saw staff handing out goodies bags to customers shopping in-store.

Tracey McMahon, store manager, said: “My team and I enjoyed welcoming customers through the door on opening day.

"We’re sure they were delighted with their new Fragrance Shop”.

Daniel Thompson, Fragrance Shop spokesman said:  “Opening a new store in The Centre, Feltham is a real coup for us.

"The arrival of The Fragrance Shop further strengthens the retail offering of Feltham and gives shoppers an opportunity to secure the very best of fragrances at great value, something that is very important to our customers in today’s tough economic climate.”

Elsewhere in the borough , the £100,000 renovated Bull's Head pub reopened on Strand-on-the-Green in Chiswick, last month.
