Music, a barbecue, and a spectacular fireworks display have been planned to mark Guy Fawkes at Dukes Meadow on Wednesday (5).

Families can also enjoy some games and take part in competitions while tucking into a variety of hot food and drinks at the Chiswick venue.

Gates will open at 5.30pm and the fireworks display is due to begin at 8pm.

Fireworks fans can get good bang for their bucks at a display in Cranford.

Families have flocked to Heston Venue (formerly Concorde Club) each November for the last 25 years to see the skies lit up to music.

As well as the main attraction, children's entertainer Crazy Hazy will be on hand to entertain youngsters aged two to 12 with a disco and balloon making.

Hot food will be available and all the club bars will be open.

Families are advised to book tickets and requested not to bring sparklers.

The annual Chiswick Park fireworks show are back for another year.

The free event is open to all family and friends and promises to be an upbeat evening with live music and food on Thursday, November 6.

Entertainment starts from 6pm with fireworks at 7pm. Entry is via Chiswick High Road.

Kempton Park is preparing to host a charity bonfire night and fireworks display.

The event which will be raising funds for local charities has been organised by the Staines Round Table and the Feltham and Hounslow 41 Club.

Families can enjoy the thrill of rides and attractions at the fun fair and indulge in hot and cold food including pizzas and soft drinks.
