The British nurse infected with Ebola was flown home to RAF Northolt.

Will Pooley is being treated at the Royal Free Hospital in Camden, after being brought back to the UK from Sierra Leone.

He was transported on a specially equipped RAF C17 Hercules which touched down at the airbase in West End Road, Ruislip after the flight from West Africa on Sunday.

Mr Pooley, from Eyke, Suffolk, was whisked away in an ambulance escorted by police motorcycle outriders.
