I read about Tara Donnelly leaving West Middlesex Hospital (Chronicle, February 5). I agree that she is being used as a scapegoat.
She has done very well in the past. The new day surgery was a good idea, I went there myself. I met her a few times and she was very nice.
It is awful waiting on trollies a long while. I experienced this years ago when it always happened under another government.
With all the winter bugs they were very busy. I doubt it will happen all the time. Every hospital has a bad day.
I wish Tara well and am sorry she had to leave. She will be missed.
