Polling

Polling day is May 7. Residents can vote at their local polling station between 7am and 10pm.

Votes will be counted throughout the night at Brent Civic Centre.

Constituency history

A relatively new constituency, formed in 2010, Brent Central was formed from parts of three predecessor seats: Brent East, Brent South and Brent North.

The current MP, Sarah Teather, announced she would be standing down ahead of this year's election. But can the Lib Dems hold the seat?
