Dangerous dog law should be changed

I know so many people who've had dogs attacked and ravaged by other dangerous dogs.

You wouldn't be able to keep a lion as a pet. These morons don't know how to handle their dogs and they're cowards who have dangerous dogs, some used as 'weapons' against rival gangs.

Interbreeding is also a factor and in the wild dogs would mix and mingle. I want the law changed.
