New Heston Road is closed due to a crash and a burst water main at the junction with North Hyde Lane, in Heston, according to traffic reports.
Transport for London tweeted this morning just after 9am that bus routes 111, 482 and H32 were all on diversion following the incident.
It is not known at this stage whether the crash caused the burst water main or vice versa.
A burst water main in Bedfont earlier this week caused traffic chaos, with the danger heightened by freezing temperatures causing the water to ice over.
