POLICE are continuing to question a man who was arrested following the launch of a murder investigation in Hayes.
The 32-year-old was taken into custody late on Friday after the discovery of a man's body at an address in Blyth Road, Hayes, earlier in the day.
The victim has now been named as Timothy John Austin, 29, who is understood to have lived in the area but his address is not known. Cause of death at this stage has been given as stab wounds.
A warrant for detention of the suspect has been successfully obtained and it will expire later today. No charges have been made so far.
