The family of a Feltham teenager who vanished a week ago have today issued an appeal for any information which may lead to his return.

Mohammed Rashel Miah, 19, who has learning difficulties, has been missing from his home in Boundaries Road since 12.45am on August 20.

His parents and four siblings say they have been searching the streets night and day looking for him and are completely mystified about his disappearance.

His 17-year-old sister Rojena said: "He was talking to us as normal before he left the house and there was nothing to suggest anything was wrong. We are desperately worried about him. All we want is for him to come home or at least get in touch."

Mohammed, a former pupil at Clarendon School in Hanworth Road, Hampton, had just completed an entry level course in adult literacy at Richmond College prior to his disappearance.

He is described as 5ft 7in tall, of slim build, with short black hair, and was last seen wearing a stripey grey and black cardigan, dark jeans, and white Adidas trainers. His family think he may have also taken his Nike rucksack with him.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact 020 8751 4246 or 07983 341432.
