Chelsea FC will be celebrating the club's Barclays Premier League win with a victory parade through Fulham on Bank Holiday Monday (May 25).

The parade will start at 12noon and finish at around 1pm.

Team buses will depart from Stamford Bridge's west entrance before travelling east along Fulham Road, turning right onto Hortensia Road and then right into King's Road and onto New King's Road.

The parade will have a short stop at Eel Brook Common, where the procession will end., before the buses leave the parade route via Parsons Green.

Some roads will be closed and access to other roads will be restricted from 7.30am on Monday until crowds have dispersed and the clean-up operation has been completed. Roads should begin to reopen to public traffic from around 4.30pm.

Fulham Road is to be closed from 7.30am-4.30pm, with access to nearby roads therefore blocked, while Kings Road and New Kings Road will be closed from 8am-5.30pm.

Chelsea FC has provided a hotline for residents who have any queries about the parade and can be reached on 020 7958 2121.
