Charles Dickens’ great, great, great granddaughter will speak at Hounslow & District History Society’s next meeting, on Tuesday, September 25.

Lucinda Hawksley will discuss the celebrated novelist’s west London connections at Feltham Assembly Hall, in Hounslow Road, Feltham, from 7.30pm.

The venue is a change from the group’s normal meeting place, Hounslow’s United Reformed Church Hall. Tickets, priced £5 (members £3), will be available on the door.
