A life beyond stress is being delivered by a charity right on your door step.
The Isha Institute Of Inner Sciences are bringing their philosophy of eradicating stress and the negative impact it can have on your life both emotionally and physically to Harrow.
Their sessions – which are free and anyone can attend – provide an opportunity to try their form of meditation which is called Isha Kriya, which takes under 20 minutes to practice.
Jayshree Mene, a volunteer at the charity, said: "It is a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life and has the potential to transform the life of anyone who is willing to invest just a few minutes a day."
The sessions take place at Harrow Quakers Meeting Hall, 456 Rayners Lane, Harrow from 5pm on March 1, April 5, May 17, June 7 and July 5.
