A frustrated man has had his toilet blocked for almost two weeks because a supermarket giant failed to maintain its drains.
Adrian Hack's downstairs bathroom has been rendered useless for a week, despite numerous attempts by workmen to clear the pipes.
The 41-year-old, of Bideford Avenue, Perivale, said: "I couldn't flush the toilet or use the shower, I've been washing in a bowl."
His home does have an upstairs bathroom but Mr Hack cannot reach it because he is recovering from a bone tumour on his leg
He added: "I've had to call out Dyno-Rod three times since last Saturday and each time it costs me money.
"They traced it back to a drain at the Tesco Hoover building which has been blocked by tree roots.
"I've been trying to get them to do something since last Monday, I think it's pretty bad to leave me without a toilet."
No one from Tesco was unavailable for comment, but the dodgy drain is being inspected.
