BEING aware of the financial difficulties faced by council tax residents, many Conservative councils have declared their intentions to reduced their council tax bills.
As Kingston residents pay one of the highest in the country, it would be helpful if the Kingston Liberal Democrat administration would reduce the council tax bills for them.
I understand that some local authorities have stated that they do not intend increasing the council tax.
If residents had a reduction it may bring them on a par with other local authorities.
However, if the bills remain the same, it will not benefit residents financially.
