A HOUNSLOW busker and his band are planning an official gig at an Isleworth pub on Sunday May 3.

Mark Handley who is best known by locals for his performances on Hounslow High Street, will be playing as Mark Handley & the Bone Idols, at the Coach and Horses in London Road.

"I seem to have been playing around Hounslow for years," said Mark "And though I have played lots of clubs, pubs, concert halls, music venues, fetes and fairs, I am probably still best known for my entertaining busking performances on Hounslow High Street.

"I'm sure many probably don't even realise I do anything else other than sing at their local shopping centre."

Mark's Isleworth gig is to promote his new CD album Love Rocks which is currently available at his website, www.markhandley.co.uk and from his live shows.

"I'm sure a lot of people just see me as a nutter who sings for pennies in the street, dancing with the kids and serenading the girls," said Mark.
"But what I am focused on is refining and perfecting my songs."
