A MOTORCYCLIST has died after after his bike collided with a van in Wembley.

Police were called at 4.10pm on Friday (Oct 30) to Harrowdene Road after a purple Kawasaki crashed into a white Peugeot van.

The 30-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed but formal identification has yet to take place.

It is believed the motorcyclist was travelling along Harrowdene Road when he smashed into a van reversing out of a driveway. The motorcycle then hit a parked car.

The driver of the van did not need hospital treatment. No arrests have been made.
