A FAILED robber from Neasden who threatened to stab his victim been slapped with an ASBO.

Jason Fearon 39, of North Circular Road, was made subject to the indeterminate anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) at Harrow Crown Court on Wednesday June 25.

He had previously been convicted of committing attempted robbery in High Street, Harlesden, in which he threatened to stab his victim because the victim refused to hand over his money.

Fearon was found guilty on April 8 and was jailed for 10 months.

Detective Superintendent Simon Rose, of Brent Police , said: “Brent borough has one of the highest volumes of ASBOs and CRASBOs (Conviction Related ASBOs) in the Met.

“We continue to effectively utilise the orders as a robust and powerful means to curtail the behaviour of those that commit crime and anti-social behaviour on this borough.

“Those that are the subject of these orders need to be fully aware that Brent Police will enforce the conditions and prosecute any breaches accordingly.”

The ASBO prevents Fearon from acting in a public place within the Greater London area “in a manner that causes or is likely to cause any person to fear for their safety”.
