YOUNGSTERS wowed audiences at Hounslow's Paul Robeson Theatre with a spectacular mix of Bollywood and traditional Indian dancing.

About 90 schoolchildren, aged from as young as four, showed off the skills they have learned at the Dominion Centre in Southall last month.

They performed popular Indian ballet Bhasmasur Mohini and Bollywood dances, before beating out some rhythms on the tabla drums, during two two-and-a-half hour shows.

Indu Moudgil, who choreographed the displays, has taught kathak dance at the Dominion Centre for more than a decade. The event was jointly funded by the National Lottery Awards and Ealing Council.
