A VAN driver charged with killing a woman in Edgware is to enter a plea tomorrow (Friday).

Daniel Bernard-McIntosh is accused of causing the death of Lilian Hutchinson by careless or inconsiderate driving on December 11 2012 in Camrose Avenue.

It is suggested he drove a 59-reg Volkswagen Caddy without due care and attention and ran over the 84-year-old victim, who lived in nearby Milford Gardens and died at the scene.

Bernard-McIntosh, 29, of Rivenhall Gardens, Snaresbrook, east London, is due to appear on bail at Harrow Crown Court tomorrow after the case was adjourned from Friday.
