Do you know a hospital worker or team who is doing an outstanding job when providing care?
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has launched its annual staff awards to pay tribute to the 3,300 staff working at Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital .
There are six award categories and the public are invited to vote in the Compassionate Care category. The award is for an individual or team that excelled at ‘seeing the person in the patient’ and delivered compassionate care.
The additional non-public voting categories include Quality and Innovation, Outstanding Demonstration of CARES Values, Outstanding Teamwork, Promoting Healthy Lifestyles and Chief Executive’s Award.
If you know of a worthy applicant you can show your appreciation by voting for them.
The closing date for entries is 5pm on Friday, 26 February 2016 and applications can be submitted in the following ways:
