Getting your teeth checked over or fixed could get a lot easier after it was announced the new Sainsbury’s superstore in Fulham will have a dentist practice.

The new branch in Townmead Road, which is due to open on May 13, will include a Centre for Dentistry practice, which it says will provide a more accessible service in a less intimidating environment.

The practice will have a fully qualified dental team and options for cosmetic dentistry such as teeth whitening as well.

Lisa Riley, Centre for Dentistry chief executive officer, said: “Patients will be able to have free parking and there are extended opening hours in the evenings and weekends, which means if you have a busy life this is more convenient and parents won’t need to take their kids out of school to have their teeth checked.

“The idea is that there is more scope to fit visiting times around the patient’s schedule rather than the other way around.”
