We've seen London's literary and pub crawl maps, but a new addition has joined the list.

Music producer Nick Faber spent a year researching London's musical history and coupled with his own knowledge, put together a music map of London.

Illustrated by graphic artists Rupert and Abi Meats, the map shows where music lovers can reminisce some of the best talent to come out of Britain.

Perusers can find tributes to Freddie Mercury around Kensington , Jimmy Hendrix in Notting Hill and The Clash tucked away in Brixton.

Faber said: “It is for Londoners who are lovers of music like I am and of a certain age!

"Many of the map’s entires are pretty well known."

Described as "so much more than a guide", the map looks at independent studios as well as the famous labels.

Covering everything from pop to punk, it also encompasses all musical genres to show the city's mix.

Artists Rupert and Abi, who are also behind design company Rude , specialise in hand drawn designs and were seen as a perfect fit in bringing to life London's historic music scene.
