Stevie has had a tough time. After being abandoned in a flat where he had to live on his own for a week, he was removed by police and handed to the RSPCA. When his owner was found, it was discovered he had never even been named.

Stevie has been waiting for a new home, for 6 months. He is a big, young boy who loves his head rubbing. Because he has a sensitive stomach, Stevie eats special food but new owners will be able to buy this at cost price from Southall RSPCA Cat Adoption Centre. Stevie needs a calm home with an experienced owner who will be patient with him. If this could be you, call 0300 1230746 or visit him at the Adoption Centre, Burket Close, Southall UB2 4JS.

Dogs Trust is holding another of their amazing stalls where you can find out how to get your dog health checked, microchipped, vaccinated, neutered and treated against worms and fleas free of charge. This is too good an opportunity to miss. The stall will be at Southall Recreation Ground, The Common UB2 5PH on Wednesday September 10 (11am – 4pm). For more information, call 07539 863407 or email citydogs@dogstrust.org.uk.
