The Globe used to be well known only as a music venue, but is now just as likely to attract footie fans.

The pub is popular with Brentford FC supporters and shows all major sporting events on Sky and Setanta on two large screens.

This watering hole serves a good selection of draught beers including Fosters, London Pride, Grolsch and Guinness, as well as a small selection of wines.

It prides itself on being a traditional English pub with a mix of carpeted and wooden floors and wood panelling.

It still holds live music nights twice a month, usually on Friday and Saturdays, and boasts an award-winning beer garden.
