Dani Lopez has joined Barnet for the third time on loan from Stevenage.

The Spanish hitman endeared himself to Bees fans in his first loan spell last season, notching four goals in five games.

He then delighted the club's faithful when the former Aldershot loanee rejoined earlier on this season, but a combination of a lack of fitness and a dislocated shoulder meant that he was only able to find the net three times in nine games in all competitions.

Lopez found himself alienated from the Stevenage squad under Graham Westley, having been forced to train with the youth-team upon the expiry of his Barnet loan this campaign.

Alongside Jake Hyde, who is the side's top scorer with nine goals this season, they will be hoping to help fire Barnet into a play-off place; starting with Ulrich Landvreugd and Dick Schreuder's first game in charge against Southport this Saturday.
