Police have begun searching for a missing Ealing man who could be without vital medication.
According to Met police David Joseph, from Southall , Ealing, was last seen on Thursday (January 14) in Southall Broadway.
Officers said the 49-year-old, who was last seen at 2.40pm, was Asian, 5ft 8ins and of medium build.
He was last seen wearing a dark flat cap, a zip-up cardigan, black trousers and shoes.
The force said they are concerned because he requires medication and is usually escorted due to learning difficulties.
Without his medication, officers added, he may become confused and unwell.
Detective Inspector Christina Jessah from Ealing Borough said: "We are very concerned about David, his current medical conditions make him very vulnerable and we urgently need the support of the public to find him.
"David has previously been found on a bus in the east London area, so he may be using public transport."
